SINGAPORE, Sept. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Programmatic Pioneers, a senior level conference for Programmatic, Marketing, Media, Acquisition, Digital and Advertising executives to unlock the full potential of their programmatic programs, is launching its first event in Asia with WBR Singapore. The conference, Programmatic Pioneers APAC Virtual Summit, will address key challenges surrounding the Asian programmatic advertising market, and will be held digitally with free entry permitted to verified registrants.

Programmatic Pioneers APAC Virtual Summit goes live on 7thOctober 2020 at 10:00 AM UTC+08:00 (Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong)

Having huge turnouts and successful worldwide events year on year, Programmatic Pioneers is now launching its first ever summit catered to Asia, to tackle programmatic challenges and trends in the Asian climate. With COVID-19 placing restrictions on large gatherings and travel that are expected to continue through 2020 and beyond, the summit organisers have opted to launch the event virtually, which will ensure the ease of access and safety of all its attendees.

The key theme of the summit is one that is highly relevant to the current climate present in Asia today. The aforementioned COVID-19 pandemic has been a major disruptor not only to businesses, but also to the way of life. As working and living arrangements see drastic shifts even today, consumption habits have changed and advertisers are forced to make the necessary changes in order to retain, attract and convert customers.

Programmatic Pioneers APAC Virtual Summit seeks to address these changes during its online sessions, inviting the biggest brands in the industry to discuss the rising challenges caused by the pandemic. Other topics that are seeing heavy interests include the coming discontinuation of the Chrome cookie, a move that will likely see cookie based advertising disappear in the coming years and has the industry wondering about future of relevant targeted ads.

Attendees have much to gain from the high quality discussions and actionable takeaways expected of the summit. To ensure attendees not only receive insights that are relevant but also offered from all possible perspectives, the full day summit has curated a speaker line up that represents the full ecosystem, including Dentsu Aegis Network, Essence, South China Morning Post, and The Trade Desk.

"Presenting the summit in a virtual format has its perks," says Suhana Begum, Conference Director of Programmatic Pioneers APAC Virtual Summit. "We want to ensure the event remains easily accessible to the region, and going online seems like the best way to achieve this. The digital format allows more opportunities for attendees to engage in the live Q&As, and audience questions can be properly captured for post session follow ups".

Attending the summit is effortless as the event will be hosted on an browser based platform, with no software installations required. Viewers are able to drop in and out of the sessions, and the platform is compatible across all modern desktop or mobile devices. On-demand replays of sessions will also be made available to all registrants of the summit, ensuring that they do not miss out on any key insights even if they are unable to attend the session live.

Programmatic Pioneers APAC is a free online event with limited seats, and will take place online on 7th October 2020 at 10:00 AM (UTC+08:00).
