Firestorm Fire Protection PTY Announces Rebranding, Changes Name to United Safety-PR Newswire APAC

A leader in the fire protection space has unveiled a new name, logo, and look.

EXTON, Pa., Nov. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Kristian Bischoff, CEO and Managing Director announced as of November 1st, 2020 that a company-wide rebranding had been completed.

"When Firestorm was purchased by United Safety in 2019, we knew there were strong synergies within our businesses both with product offerings but also with the culture and values of these two organizations.  Saving lives and providing innovations that fit the needs of our current and prospective customers is what we have always strived to do.  We are taking the best parts of Firestorm and bringing that forward into our newly named organization while maintaining the dedication we have to our customers."

Established in 2004, Firestorm initially concentrated on mobile fire suppression services in the Hunter Valley NSW, eventually expanding to commercial fire equipment and growth across Australia and New Zealand. As the sole manufacturer and distributor of Fogmaker water mist fire suppression systems in Australia and New Zealand, Firestorm has further widened the reach of United Safety's focus on fire safety beyond North America and strengthened its portfolio of product offerings.

"We are thrilled that the Executive Team at Firestorm unanimously decided that they wanted to evolve their organization to more closely align with the vision and mission of United Safety through a rebranding," stated Joseph Mirabile, CEO & President of United Safety & Survivability Corporation.  "Our vision is to build the next generation of safety and survivability technologies and we believe that bringing together these two organizations under one name will further move us towards this goal."

The brand launch, inclusive of a new company logo, website (www.ussc.com.au[1]), and social media, marks an exciting change and strategic pivot for the organization.  Bischoff concluded, "Our commitment to our customers and the communities we serve will not change.  We feel this new name will further invigorate our team and push us to innovate in a way that serves missing needs in the marketplace."
