InterContinental Singapore’s Signature Big Buffet: Festive Edition features three dedicated dining sessions—Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day Brunch and Christmas Day Dinner. Nearly 200 dishes are prepared by the culinary teams of LUCE, The Lobby Lounge and Man Fu Yuan, showcasing premium seafood towers, artisanal cold cuts and an extensive cheese selection. Hot stations highlight classic festive dishes including Beef Wellington, Risotto alla Milanese prepared in a parmesan wheel, Tacchino Arrosto and the Lobster & Foie Gras Sando.

Italian dishes including La Margherita Classica pinsa, Costata Di Manzo, Porchetta and Garganelli Pasta al Ragout Di Pesce reflect regional culinary heritage.
