Notably H&R Block were awarded five stars across six key categories, including overall satisfaction, customer service, value for money, ease of use, turnaround time, and quality of advice provided. The annual Canstar Blue awards, which surveys thousands of Australian consumers, revealed H&R Block as the standout performer in customer satisfaction for 2024.
