Notably H&R Block were awarded five stars across six key categories, including overall satisfaction, customer service, value for money, ease of use, turnaround time, and quality of advice provided. The annual Canstar Blue awards, which surveys thousands of Australian consumers, revealed H&R Block as the standout performer in customer satisfaction for 2024. Canstar Blue’s research revealed that customer service and value for money were the top drivers of overall satisfaction in the tax agent category, with H&R Block excelling in both areas.
