HONG KONG, Dec 3, 2020 - (ACN Newswire) - On 30 November, CIMC-TianDa issued a joint announcement regarding, among other matters, the dispatch of privatisation scheme circular.

According to the announcement, Sharp Vision, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIMC, and Expedition Holding, as the joint offerors, made a privatisation proposal to CIMC-TianDa.
