American Airlines Snaps Up Australian Chef’s Inflight Cooking School

American Airlines has snapped up Australian Chef Mel Alafaci's Inflight Cooking School. Renowned Australian culinary expert and business woman, Chef Mel, affectionately known as "The Happy Chef," is thrilled to announce this innovative concept that combines her passion for cooking, teaching and travelling.


Chef Mel says: "Food destination travel is at an all-time high, so it made sense to combine travel and cooking. As an entrepreneur I was so excited I could combine my two passions, and that is how Inflight Cooking School was born." 

 

This unique culinary adventure is now on American Airlines, and coming to more airline inflight entertainment portals soon, with the content just being released through Encore.

This entertaining cooking show allows the passenger to learn 'cheffy' skills they can then try at home, leaving passengers with skills that will last a lifetime.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Mel, passengers will embark on a gastronomic journey and make delicious discoveries along the way.
