Samsung brings new Experiences to Parramatta

Samsung Australia has today announced its new Samsung Experience Store opens in Westfield Parramatta this Friday 26th November 2021, bringing an exciting new experience to Sydney’s Western Hub.

The Experience Store gives visitors a preview of Samsung’s latest products, with 150 sq mtrs dedicated to everything from smart phones to smart watches available for customers to try. It also includes a dedicated Customer Service area, where customers can get one-on-one assistance with their devices.

Prior to the opening day, Samsung called on retail shoppers to visit the “Expand your World” QR Code Wall instalment at their new store location in Parramatta Westfield. Visitors were invited to scan the QR codes to find out more about Samsung and for a chance to win an array of Samsung prizes, including Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy Watch4 Classic, and Galaxy Buds2. Close to 10,000 customers engaged with this experience.

The full range of Samsung mobile products are available to purchase at the innovative store, including the newest Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 models. Hardware aside, visitors can also experience some of Samsung’s best apps and services, including Samsung Pay, Samsung DeX, and Samsung Health.

We know our customers are excited to be getting out into stores again, with that in mind, our new Experience Store will offer a safe, fun and inspiring environment where they can speak to product specialists and try our latest products.”

The Parramatta store marks twelve months of working with retail partner RPG who are known for excellence in customer-first, collaborative spaces, that compliment Samsung’s operational excellence and innovation.

The Samsung Experience Store is now open at its new location on Level 2 (opposite centre court) - Shop 2119, 159-175 Church Street, Westfield Parramatta, NSW 2150.
