DLPA partners with Crestcom to bring its leadership training solutions

Dynamic Leadership Programs Australia (DLPA), a leading provider of leadership training and workforce strategy solutions, has joined forces with renowned US-based global leadership development organisation Crestcom to bring its training programs to Australian and New Zealand shores.

DLPA identified Crestcom as the ideal partner due to its tried-and-tested programs, which have already benefited over one million participants worldwide. The partnership enables DLPA to provide a holistic approach to leadership training, supplementing their existing bespoke solutions with Crestcom’s globally standardised, off-the-shelf offering.

“As businesses across Australia and New Zealand face calls to build more effective, diverse, and respectful workplace cultures, this exclusive partnership offers a seamless solution for organisations looking to develop their leaders across multiple locations” said Clint McCully, GM, Crestcom ANZ.

The venture introduces Crestcom’s globally recognised programs including Crestcom L.E.A.D.R., Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. +, Supervisor Training, Sales Academy, and an invite-only offering for CEOs, to Australian and New Zealand businesses of all sizes. Initially, DLPA will focus on the flagship Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. program, designed for emerging leaders and middle managers. Delivered through a blended learning model, the program spans 12 months, offering face-to-face and online sessions featuring 24 modules.

“What sets Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. apart is its emphasis on behavioural change rather than mere knowledge transfer,” McCully explained. “Along with the face-to-face element, participants will gain access to an online learning portal, where they log their development plans, track goals, and communicate progress with their managers and peers. This accountability structure is essential for driving real, measurable results.”

Crestcom’s programs have been successfully used by leading global brands such as McDonald’s and Coca-Cola, empowering managers to develop their leadership skills while improving performance and workplace culture.

DLPA’s exclusive new partnership with Crestcom means that ANZ businesses will now benefit from these same industry-leading programs, offering unparalleled consistency and impact across all their operations.

“For years, DLPA has worked closely with Australian companies to develop leadership strategies and implement workforce solutions like the Respect@Work Framework,” said Karlie Cremin, Managing Director, DLPA. “Our partnership with Crestcom means we can now provide businesses with a proven, scalable leadership development solution that can be implemented consistently, no matter where their teams are based—be it in Australia, New Zealand, or across the globe. This is particularly impactful for organisations with multiple sites in regions like Hong Kong, the UK, and the U.S.”

Tammy Berberick, CEO of Crestcom International said the international arm of the business is thrilled to partner with DLPA and bring its programs to Australia. “Businesses know that developing their leaders is key to improving overall performance and culture,” she said. “What sets our programs apart is that they provide a proven resource that can be easily deployed across entire organisations, regardless of where offices or teams are located. This partnership with DLPA will allow us to reach more businesses and have an even greater impact on their success.”
