Australians are being warned to ponder their purchases this Black Friday and Cyber Monday and consider ‘reflecting’ rather than ‘regretting’ another meaningless online purchase.

The countdown has begun for the much-awaited Black Friday and Cyber Monday global shopping events where consumers are expected to kick-start their holiday season spending. It’s estimated that Australians will spend nearly $500 on purchases that they either regret, don’t need, or can’t even remember buying with 42% of consumers admitting they have regretted a Black Friday purchase**.
