Coming up with a profile that outlines the skills and experience needed for each job vacancy allows you to narrow down the hunt so you won’t have to spend time and resources on candidates who may not match your company’s needs. Most job seekers won’t spend time and exert effort applying for jobs requiring too many credentials. Recruiting top talent isn’t a matter of picking the smartest or most decorated workers. These are still important, but they are not the end-all and be-all of your campaign.
