SEC Investor Advisory Committee to Meet Remotely On March 11

Washington, D.C.--(Newsfile Corp. - March 3, 2021) - The Securities and Exchange Commission's Investor Advisory Committee[1] will hold a public meeting on March 11 by remote means. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET, is open to the public via live webcast, and will be archived on the committee's website for later viewing.
The committee will hold two panel discussions: a follow-on discussion regarding self-directed individual retirement accounts (IRAs), and a discussion regarding special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). The full agenda is available here[2].
The committee will also discuss two recommendations: one regarding minority and underserved inclusion, and one regarding credit rating agencies.
