Manganese X Announces 2020 AGM Results

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - November 16, 2020) - Manganese X Energy Corp. (TSXV: MN) (FSE: 9SC2) (OTC: MNXXF) ("Manganese" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results of voting at its annual general meeting of shareholders, which was held virtually on November 12, 2020. All matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's Notice of Meeting and Information Circular ("Circular"), dated September 3, 2020, and October 2, 2020 respectively, were approved by an overwhelming majority of votes cast at the meeting.

NUMBER OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders approved the setting of the number of directors at five.

ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The shareholders elected the following slate of directors:

APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS

Wasserman Ramsay Chartered Accountants were reappointed as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year, with their remuneration to be fixed by the board of directors.

RECONFIRMATION OF THE STOCK OPTION PLAN

Shareholders approved the Company's "rolling 10%" stock option plan.

APPROVAL OF STOCK OPTIONS

Shareholders approved the Company's grant of stock options as detailed in the Circular.
