Micromem Grant of Options

Toronto, Ontario and New York, New York--(Newsfile Corp. - November 13, 2020) - Micromem Technologies Inc. (CSE: MRM) (OTCQB: MMTIF) ("Micromem") or ("the Company") announces the issuance of 6,500,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company (the "Options"), in accordance with the 2020 Micromem Technologies Inc. Stock Option Plan. These Options have been issued to directors, officers, employees, and a consultant at a strike price of $0.07 CDN/$0.05 USD and will expire November 13, 2025. In September 2020, a total of 2,040,000 options were cancelled.
