Dubai, United Arab Emirates--(Newsfile Corp. - August 30, 2024) - A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Sharia Digital Technology FZ LLC, PT. Digital Syariah Teknologi - Surabaya, and GREEN-X Digital Asset Exchange Syariah at the Auditorium DFF, Area 2071, Emirates Tower in Dubai. This MOU represents a strategic collaboration aimed at the transfer of technology and the establishment of a Sharia-compliant digital asset exchange.

The event commenced at 10:00 a.m. with guest arrivals, registration, and a coffee break, followed by an exclusive tour of Area 2071, Emirates Tower. Attendees were given insights into the innovative ecosystem dedicated to fostering future technologies.
Formal proceedings began at 11:00 a.m. in the Auditorium, with the Master of Ceremonies welcoming the attendees. The session featured remarks from key representatives:

All parties have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged throughout the collaboration. The agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Indonesia, reflecting the international scope of this partnership.
