Rider Justice Sponsors Accident Scene Management Classes Throughout Spring 2024

Denver, Colorado--(Newsfile Corp. - January 24, 2024) - Rider Justice^[2], Colorado's top motorcycle law firm, is making it easier and more affordable for motorcycle riders to take accident scene management classes this spring. These courses help bikers save lives at the scene of a motorcycle crash.

Bikers learning how to safely assist an injured motorcycle rider at a crash scene. Course taught by Accident Scene Management, Inc., and sponsored by Rider Justice.

"After a crash occurs, there is a gap in time of 5 to 30 minutes before an ambulance arrives," explains Scott O'Sullivan, founder of Rider Justice and a Colorado motorcycle attorney^[4]. "This class will help bikers secure the crash scene and protect their downed biker friends until help arrives."

For nearly a decade, Scott has been picking up the tab for bikers to take Bystander Assistance Training through Accident Scene Management, Inc., a nonprofit organization that teaches motorcyclists what to do at the scene of a crash until help arrives.

Rider Justice also provides lunch and Scott will answer questions about insurance, hospital billing practices, and more.

The Basic course covers*:

• Safety factors
• How to secure a crash scene
• How and when to move someone
• Effectively accessing the situation and mechanisms of injury
• Contacting and assisting EMS responders
• Common injuries associated with motorcycle trauma
• Helmet removal and jaw thrust rescue breathing
• Assessment and treatment techniques
• Preservation of evidence at a crash scene
