Existing online solutions allow customers to order cannabis, but there are significant regulatory barriers that stand in the way of enjoying their purchase. Customers need to visit a dispensary to take delivery, or are required in many jurisdictions to have a medical card. Kandy Boy's online ordering and delivery app eliminates those requirements.

Kandy Boy gummies are made using hemp-derived Delta 9 THC, the same cannabinoid responsible for the psychoactive effects derived from traditional cannabis edibles. Relevant statutes that regulate the legality of cannabis products do not apply to Kandy Boy's innovative formulation. Its gummies contain 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight: that allows each 5.5 gram gummy to legally contain 15mg of a proprietary blend of Delta 9 THC and other cannabinoids.

"Kandy Boy is unique in bringing optimal convenience, safety, and value to cannabis customers," said Kandy Boy Owner & President Benji Boyce. "Delta 9 THC is the same THC you've likely already been enjoying, but we're making the experience better. You no longer need to travel to a dispensary with a wad of cash in hand, you don't need to present a medical card, and there are no worries about confusing and arbitrary legal issues. Simply place your order online and we'll send it directly to your door, with same-day service via our delivery trucks in some markets."

Kandy Boy has also invested in a mobile delivery truck that offers same day delivery, and will sell products right from the truck to anyone who shows interest. Trucks in the beta phase of development are currently operating in Panama City Beach, Florida. App users will soon be able to choose between USPS options and same-day delivery from the Kandy Boy fleet.
