Since its founding in 2008, WesTech eSolutions has been providing software development services to clients worldwide, within the trucking industry. Among the company's software products are Automated Document Processing Solutions, which streamline document capture processes and cut costs associated with them. Structured and semi structured documents can be processed with machine print, constrained and unconstrained handwriting, as well as cursive handwriting.
Their Transactional Data Extraction solution enables straight through processing (STP) to speed the processing of payments and other transactions. Searchable documents eliminate redundancy in retaining documents, and status and auditing information can be retrieved easily.
SimpleTruckingDocs[3] ensures data security by storing the information in redundant data centers and using state-of-the-art encryption to protect sensitive information. Besides meeting USDOT requirements, the solution provides ELD, UCR, IFTA, DVIR forms, load sheets, and miles reports for archiving for three years. This solution is affordable for both larger and smaller hauling companies. This reduces administrative costs, storage costs, accessibility from any location with internet access, eliminates human error and reduces DOT fines.
Among its key features, the Searching and Archival solution allows you to "Find it Fast", searching for and accessing files by client, project, vehicle, driver, trailer, date, status or other criteria.
