Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 28, 2021) - Cypherpunk Holdings Inc. (CSE: HODL) (OTC Pink: KHRIF) ("Cypherpunk" or the "Company"), a sector leader for privacy-technology investments, announces that Daniel Cawrey, Chief Operating Officer, is leaving the Company. Incoming Chief Executive Officer, Jeffrey Gao, will assume full strategic and operational responsibility at the management level.

Jeff Gao stated: "On behalf of the Cypherpunk, I would like to thank Daniel for his contributions to the Company. I enjoyed working closely with Dan in my role as Advisor to the Investment Committee prior to my appointment as CEO.
