DHL Express officially opens Incheon Gateway after €131 million expansion

  • The Incheon Gateway is the largest DHL Express investment in South Korea
  • The new Gateway is now more than triple the size of its predecessor, and can handle 3.5 times more cargo
  • It features digitalized and automated systems that reduces the delivery time of imported goods by more than 30 minutes
  • Incheon Gateway will be key to handling continuously growing import, export, and transit cargo, as well as e-commerce shipments

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA - Media OutReach - 5 September 2023 - DHL Express, the world's leading international express service provider, has commenced the full-fledged operation of Incheon Gateway after it invested €131 million (KRW 175 billion) to expand the Gateway in 2019.
