These cookies are soft and chewy with just the right amount of sweetness. And when you add in the bonus of white chocolate chips, they become an irresistible snack that everyone will love.

The best part about this recipe is that it comes together quickly and easily. All you need to do is combine the ingredients in one bowl and stir until everything is well-blended. Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark

The holidays are upon us and that means it’s time to start baking up some delicious treats. One of the most beloved holiday treats is Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark. This festive treat is not only easy to make but also wonderfully delicious.

Dark chocolate peppermint bark consists of two layers of dark chocolate, sandwiched together with crushed candy canes and peppermint extract. The flavours come together perfectly in this classic winter treat. Making dark chocolate peppermint bark requires just a few simple ingredients: dark chocolate chips, crushed candy canes, and peppermint extract (optional).

To make your batch at home you will want to begin by melting the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Next, pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly into a rectangle shape about ¼ inch thick. Sprinkle on some crushed candy canes over top before letting the first layer cool completely in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until set.

Once cooled, melt your second layer of dark chocolate chips and spread it evenly over top of your first layer before sprinkling on more crushed candy cane pieces over top again for decoration if desired. If using peppermint extract add a few drops.

White and Dark Chocolate Snowman Pops

No winter celebration is complete without a little sweetness and these White and Dark Chocolate Snowman Pops are sure to bring a smile to your guests’ faces. These festive treats are easy to make and require minimal ingredients. All you need is some white and dark chocolate, mini marshmallows, pretzel sticks, candy eyes, sprinkles, food colouring gel (if desired), lollipop sticks/sticks for stirring, and waxed paper.

To begin making the pops start by melting the white chocolate in the microwave or on a double boiler until it’s completely melted. Once it’s melted stir in a few drops of food colouring if desired. Next, take out some waxed paper and place mini marshmallows along with pretzel sticks to create snowman shapes on top of the waxed paper then drizzle the melted white chocolate over them as desired. Place these pops in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10 minutes until they’re hardened then carefully peel them off from the waxed paper when they’re ready.

Next, melt your dark chocolate using either method mentioned above but this time leave out any food colouring as we want our snowmen darker than its counterpart! After melting take out another piece of waxed paper.
