Perth’s leading digital agency wins SEMrush ‘Best Marketing Agency’ award, looks to scale operations despite COVID-19 headwinds

Property development specialist Azzura Investments has appointed leading digital agency Living Online to manage all digital marketing and web design services for its $2.2 billion Imperial Square project on the Gold Coast.

The Imperial Square project will include a 108-level ‘super tower’, and once complete the main tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in the Southern Hemisphere. Living Online has been selected to create innovative advertisements across digital media to drive interest and sales among potential buyers for the new apartments.

“We chose Living Online for its strong strategic capability and proven track record in delivering outstanding results in the online marketing space, particularly in property. With Imperial Square designed to become the cosmopolitan heart of the Gold Coast’s CBD, it’s critical we have a digital marketing team that understands our core values and ambition, and will go above and beyond to promote this. I’m confident we’ve chosen the right partner for this in Living Online, ” said Lorenzo Badalotti, Director of Azzura Corporation.

The Perth-based digital agency also picked up both the ‘Best Marketing Agency’ and ‘Best B2B Campaign’ awards in the prestigious SEMrush Search Awards.

“The Gold Coast is quite far away, but good digital marketing has no borders. We’re thrilled to be working on such a cutting edge campaign for one of Australia’s best property development specialists. You really can find and develop world-class digital marketing talent here in Perth, our success at this year’s SEMrush awards is proof of this. Despite the global pandemic, we’ve been growing throughout 2020 and expect to continue to grow our team in 2021.

The Imperial Square project is a one of a kind opportunity; the size and quality of the project will no doubt be a challenge for our team - but it’s one we can’t wait to tackle. This sort of work sits right in the sweet spot of what we do at LivingOnline.com.au, and I’m very much looking forward to delivering some fantastic results,” said Evan Cunningham-Dunlop, CEO and Founder of LivingOnline.com.au
