Small and medium size businesses failing to realise the significant benefits and cost savings of AI

  • Written by Jennifer Benedek

Experienced business marketing and sales strategist, Jennifer Benedek, founder and director of FWD Focus, is set to host a much-needed ‘Human+AI Marketing Mix Summit’ on 27 February 27, 2025 in Sydney’s CBD.

The event will equip small to medium size businesses with strategies to effectively integrate AI into their marketing, sales and operations without losing the essential human element. It will help them to focus on using AI in a way that is right for their business and their people.

Small to medium size businesses are failing to embrace and realise the benefits of AI. At best they are using it to help create bland and vanilla blogs and other content pieces for their website. Some are creating terribly boring newsletter content,” Benedek said.

As AI continues to reshape industries, many businesses are really struggling to understand how to leverage AI to achieve efficiencies while using it to enhance digital content, marketing and customer engagement.

The Human+AI Marketing Mix Summit will bridge this knowledge gap by offering practical insights from industry leaders on balancing AI-driven technology and automation with human-centered strategies.

Tickets for the event are low cost but the content is highly critical for business success. Business owners and their top staff should attend the event to find out how they can benefit from AI. Big organisations have the expertise, budget and skills to embrace AI but smaller businesses don’t.

This course is ideal for small to medium size business owners and key staff who need help understanding how to embrace AI and what it can offer.”

The event involves many key experts in AI and will provide practical knowledge for businesses on how to use it in a meaningful way.

"The future of marketing is not just about AI, it's about how businesses combine AI with human expertise to drive creativity and productivity," Benedek added.

"This summit will provide business leaders with actionable insights on how to strategically implement AI while maintaining a strong human connection with their customers."

The summit will feature expert speakers addressing:

. AI’s role in marketing and sales: how businesses can use AI tools effectively

. Team building and AI integration: how to train and prepare teams for an AI-powered future,

. Customer experience and retention: using AI while keeping a personal touch; and

. People strategy and leadership: insights for leaders on planning and managing AI’s impact on teams.

The Human+AI Marketing Mix Summit is an opportunity for businesses to stay ahead of technological shifts while ensuring AI adoption aligns with their brand values and customer needs.
