Inaugural J.A.D.E. Start-Up Conference in Hong Kong a Big Success

HONG KONG, May 15, 2018 - (ACN Newswire) - The Inaugural J.A.D.E. Start-Up Conference - "Building Resilient Entrepreneurship", co-organised by the Joint Association to Develop Entrepreneurship (J.A.D.E.) and Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, concluded today and was a tremendous success. Designed to encourage deep dive interaction and exchange, J.A.D.E. limited the number of attendees to the conference at 120 entrepreneurs, mentors, incubators and venture capitalists and presented them with an intimate setting, allowing them to make personal connection. J.A.D.E. Conference 2018 made a unique occasion in Hong Kong and even Asia.

The aim of the one-day event was to foster growth of local start-ups beyond incubation and seed-stage into scalable businesses. J.A.D.E. serves as a platform for entrepreneurs and investors to interact and share their insights but with a specific focus on crucial methods for start-ups to scale, including product-market fit, lean start-up methodology, artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning, as well as to expand globally.
