Blockpass to Service Ultra IEO on New Tokinex Platform

Blockpass has long been partnered with Ethfinex, the parent company of the Tokinex platform, and has provided KYC and AML verification for previous successful IEOs hosted by the company, including Dusk and Ampleforth.
