  • Written by Business Daily Media

Auctane, a leading global company that delivers exceptional shipping and mailing experiences through trusted brands like ShipStation, Stamps.com, Metapack, and Packlink, today announces the appointment of Laura Goldberg as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Goldberg is a seasoned, operations-driven go-to-market executive with a proven track record of propelling software companies to new heights, particularly serving small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), a vital segment for Auctane. Goldberg excels in crafting data-driven marketing strategies that resonate with customer needs, and her expertise will be key in advancing Auctane's mission to deliver exceptional shipping and mailing experiences to businesses worldwide.

Previously, Goldberg was the CMO at Constant Contact, a digital marketing platform trusted by millions of small businesses and nonprofits. She has also held marketing leadership positions at Kabbage, an American Express Company, and LegalZoom, where she played key roles in driving customer growth, revenue expansion, and EBITDA improvements, leading to successful exits for both companies.

Annually, Auctane brands process 3 billion orders from over 3 million customers worldwide. The company aims to expand its customer base in more markets around the globe by addressing the complexities of shipping, mailing, returns, and inventory management. Goldberg's expertise will be instrumental in accelerating this growth, leading the global marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

"Auctane is entering an exciting phase of growth, and Laura's appointment as CMO is crucial to driving our marketing initiatives forward," said Al Ko, CEO of Auctane. "Laura’s ability to translate data into actionable strategies, coupled with her experience leading high-performing teams, will propel us forward. With Laura's vision, we can empower more businesses with best-in-class delivery experiences."

"Joining Auctane is an incredible opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that's transformed ecommerce, shipping, and mailing for millions globally," said Goldberg. "I look forward to working alongside this team and bringing my own expertise, as we set our sights on future growth in this exciting, evolving industry."
